AllBright in London is the space where women’s ambitions can truly thrive. It was founded in 2018 and has since grown to become the world’s largest collective of women in business, enabling ambition in all forms. Here General Manager Ana Gervasio gives us an insider's view of what Mountain Club members can expect from our seventh partner club in London.

  1. What does the perfect day look like in London for you?

For me, the perfect day in London starts leisurely, with a proper English breakfast brunch - I personally like Regency Cafe. They provide a wonderful cinematic experience, having been the backdrop for films including Layer Cake and Brighton Rock, amongst others.  Then I would spend the day gallery hopping in Mayfair, before heading for cocktails at AllBright’s terrace in the late afternoon.  I would round off my perfect day with a concert at the Barbican or Kings Place, before heading for a late-night bite somewhere beautiful like the Connaught Bar

  1. Tell us about the Allbright Club and what it can mean for our innovative and connected female member base.  Keen to hear about how your digital network crosses over with the boutique members club you have created.

We build women’s confidence through our learning programmes, 330+ events every year and through unparalleled opportunities to connect with the incredible women of our community.   Our Townhouse has been designed with women’s career and personal needs in mind too, we offer two delicious restaurants, with the freshest ingredients and carefully curated menus, co-working spaces, private phone booths and private hire spaces that meet every meeting or celebratory need.  Our virtual spaces make this community accessible to everyone, from wherever they are in the world. Our virtual platform offers women the opportunity to sharpen their skillsets, learn, grow and connect with a global network of professional women. I’m really proud of the community we have built at AllBright, it is truly the most magical part of working here.

  1. Please share any specifics on what you can offer Mountain Club members inbound to London.

First and foremost, we can offer a welcoming, private space away from the bustle of London. With our five-storey Townhouse, anything is possible. Within the Townhouse, we have two spaces to eat, Claudette, our fine dining restaurant, and Madeline’s, a spot where you can socialise and grab drinks, snacks, or a healthy meal from our salad bar.  On our third floor, we have a working space, which is perfect for holding meetings or catching up on emails. If guests need privacy, they can also book our phone booths for up to an hour at a time.

  1. What’s in the Allbright pipeline for 2025? We’d love to hear about your key business plans and updates.

We have a hectic Festive season ahead of us, so we are very much preparing for that.  We have also recently acquired another company, everywoman, and are currently in the process of bringing the two companies together, to give all our members the best possible experience. They are a company with a long legacy- 25 years! - so we are currently redefining our learning programmes and experiences with the benefit of their wonderful history. Together, we are expanding AllBright’s global community.  We are also about to launch our Step Forward 2025 campaign, which is one of my favourites. It’s a 6-month campaign which centres around a London Summit, which we usually take to another space in London- just because we wouldn’t be able to fit all of the attendees into the Townhouse!

  1. The London members club scene has had an interesting couple of years. We know you are passionate and enthusiastic about the community you create. Tell us about the growth and opportunity you have cultivated and why a women’s members club is so important in 2024?

The sense of community, to me, is what makes AllBright truly special. As General Manager, the best part of my job is being able to truly get to know our members and discover their ambitions and dreams. Being able to assist them with these goals is woven into the fabric of every part of the AllBright experience and is definitely rewarding to be a part of.  From our learning programmes to the bespoke experiences we create for our members, our main goal is to empower women at every stage of their lives and careers. We get to the core of their challenges and find ways to solve them, together. Our learning programmes and events are carefully curated to address what women need, particularly in the workplace and the feedback we have been given has been incredibly positive across the board.  As I mentioned before, community is a huge part of it, which is why the Townhouse events create opportunities for women to learn, grow their networks and make lasting, career-defining connections.  In terms of Townhouse growth, we recently launched our exclusive Elevate lounge, a space for senior women to connect and work alongside each other. It has been an incredible success, and so wonderful to see women of all backgrounds come together. I believe that member’s clubs targeted towards women are so important because it’s vital for women across all industries to have a safe space to grow, that is what I believe we create with AllBright- and what we cultivate every day in the Townhouse.

  1. What’s your favourite London hotel and restaurant that you would recommend to Mountain Club members visiting London? We know this will be a tricky one to call so please don’t limit to just one recommendation!

Though there are so many to choose from, my absolute favourite hotel in London would have to be The Mayfair Townhouse Hotel. Overlooking Green Park, it’s a boutique space that is amazingly bespoke to each individual customer. It’s high-end with so much personality to give.  As for my favourite restaurant, I don’t think our very own Head Chef, Ondrej Fejtl can be beaten in terms of gourmet, artfully curated menus. I truly am not being biased when I say I believe the food he creates is the best you’ll find in Mayfair. We source the freshest ingredients and really pay attention to what our members enjoy. The space is particularly beautiful during the Festive season. This year we are opening reservations for everyone to enjoy, so we’re worth a visit whilst you’re finishing up your Festive shopping.  I also very much enjoy the food at 1 Warrick. They are also a member's club, but their restaurant Nessa is open to all, and the food is both playful and delicious- a true touch of luxury!

With your Mountain Club Global Membership, the world becomes your playground. Expand your horizons, forge new connections, and indulge in unparalleled experiences. Visit our website here for more information on how we can take you here, there and everywhere.
